About the event
The Colbert County Republican Party's biggest event of the year is Constitution Day. The Constitution that created the greatest nation on earth, EVER, was signed on September 17th, 1787, and this year we celebrate her 235th birthday!
Have you been to Locust Hill? This historic home has stood for 200 years is now a grand event center and showcase for the history of our county. The owner of Locust Hill has generously donated the use of this wonderful venue to the Republican Party and we will take this opportunity to have a wonderful pinic event in a beautiful location. The grounds will be open to ticket holders at 5:30pm, and we begin serving dinner at 6:00pm. We will be hosting Alabama's Attorney General, Steve Marshall, who will deliver the keynote address at 7:00pm.
